Atelier d'Amis was founded in 2014 by Philippe Boccara, Sebastien Leon, and Valerie Pasquiou. The New York studio designs furniture produced by European craftsmen in France, Italy, and Belgium. Recent collections include dining tables in solid walnut, sofas with linen upholstery, and lighting in brass and hand-blown glass. Production involves cabinetmakers, metalworkers, and upholsterers working to the studio's specifications. The studio won the FGI Rising Star award in 2019. Pieces are sold through the studio's New York showroom and select retailers.
